Over the years, my colleague Marc Normandin and I have managed to sneak some video game writing into the pages of Baseball Prospectus through the creation of the Make-Up Games feature. Bases Loaded was the most realistic baseball the NES could offer, which is definitely an experience in retrospect. You can read the piece on BP here.
